Individual therapy will help the client focus on the expression of thoughts and emotions, help identify maladaptive behavior patterns, strengths and weaknesses, problem solving, conflict resolution, and access readiness for change. Therapy modalities used are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).

During sessions, with guidance and feedback from the therapist, couples will learn healthy and effective ways of communicating and learn the tools to build and more positive relationship. The end goal would for the couple to have increased intimacy, respect, and affection.
